Watford have signed French forward M’Baye Niang on loan until the end of the season.

The 22 year-old joins from Serie A side AC Milan with the deal including an option for Watford to make the move permanent in the summer.

Niang has scored 12 goals in 77 appearances for Milan.

He becomes Watford’s third signing after forward Mauro Zarate joined from Fiorentina.

Everton midfielder Tom Cleverley also signed on loan until the end of the season this January transfer window.
