League One club Bury have signed ex-Premier League winger Jermaine Pennant on a deal until the end of the season.
The 34-year-old had spells at Arsenal, Liverpool and Stoke and has had a total of 13 different clubs in his career.
Pennant was signed by the Gunners from Notts County for £2 million at the age of 15 in 1999 which was a record fee for a trainee at that period.
Pennant had most recently been playing in Singapore with Tampines Rovers. He has been training with the League One outfit for several weeks.
Bury still need international clearance before he can make his debut.
