Brazilian forward Luiz Adriano has finalised his move to Russian Premier League side Spartak Moscow.

The 29 year old leaves AC Milan after just seven appearances this season, with Milan coach Vincenzo Montella not playing him longer than half a game each appearance.

Milan signed the Brazilian in the summer of 2015 for around £8 million for Ukrainian champions Shakhtar Donetsk, Spartak are said to have paid a minimal fee for his services.

He was expected to leave Milan over a year ago, but his move to Chinese Super League outfit Jiangsu Suning broke down.

The Brazilian had been one of Milan’s biggest earners and the club will now be able to free up some wage funds.
